At LoudCup, we want you to cheer louder and stay hydrated without any worries. If your gear isn't meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange your unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the LoudCup is in its original packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
